Gooooool! In honor of the World Cup, Hughes Law is doing something special in the month of July and we want you to be a part of it.

Hughes Law owner, Dustin Hughes, has a passion for serving his clients here in America. But did you know he also loves using his profession to serve the people of western Kenya? Dustin travels to Africa on a regular basis to encourage lawyers in Kenya, minister to law students at Moi University, the highest-ranked university in the country, and continue abiding friendships developed over the course of life.

Dustin has taken his family on these trips as well. They work with a local missionary family and local leaders to serve people of Kenya in other practical ways.

On his most recent trip in May 2018, Dustin noticed a small but significant item the local children were lacking: soccer balls.

A soccer ball may not seem that important at first thought, but the world’s favorite sport brings incredible joy to the children of west Pokot in western Kenya. Due to the area’s rough terrain, there is a frequent need for new futbol equipment. Soccer brings a sense of empowerment and enjoyment to the kids in East Africa. We want to be a part of that.

So, for the month of July, Hughes Law will donate one soccer ball and have it hand delivered to the kids of West Pokot for every new client that begins building their trust with Hughes!
